# ChampionsMeta: Pokemon VGC Meta and Team Hub for Reg M-A

ChampionsMeta is your one-stop hub for Pokemon VGC Regulation M-A. Browse thousands of real tournament teams pulled from Limitless TCG, see which Pokemon dominate the meta, and build your own squad with type coverage analysis and usage-based teammate recommendations.

## What you can do on ChampionsMeta

ChampionsMeta is built around four core areas:

## Quick start

<Steps>
  <Step title="Create your account">
    Sign up at ChampionsMeta with a username, email, and password. You'll receive a verification email — confirm it to unlock team submission.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Explore the meta">
    Head to the **Meta Dashboard** to see usage stats, top cores, and per-Pokémon breakdowns updated daily from Limitless TCG tournament results.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Build your team">
    Open the **Team Builder**, search for Pokémon, assign moves, items, natures, and EVs. Get real-time teammate recommendations based on co-occurrence data.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Publish or save privately">
    Once your team is complete, publish it to the Community tab or save it as private — visible only on your profile.
